New Condos That Hit the Market This Week |

Here is the list of all of the condos that have hit the market in the last 7 days. There is an interesting unit that has hit the market in the Mutiny. It is empty, has no appliances or furniture, but if you are up for a bit of a remodel, it is right across the street from a public beach entrance and oh so close to The JW Marriott to have drinks and dinner if you wanted to. On the other end of the spectrum, there are a few South End Condos I would consider. One is in Cape Marco in the 990 Building, also known as The Merida. This Unit 1102 is Pet-Friendly and has a spectacular view. It needs some remodeling...but once you had completed that, you would be in Cape Marco for a really reasonable price. The other is a remodeled unit in The Somerset, which allows weekly rentals. It is one of the few buildings that does this in Marco, so it is a coveted building to own in, simply for the location and the rental policy to help a buyer with ROI. |
Single Family Homes that have Hit the Market This Week |
Here is the List of Homes that have come to the market in the Past 7 Days.
If you are not looking for waterfront, the house on Swan CT is new construction, and ready for your touches of paint colors (if you desire) and furniture. More and more of my buyers are looking for homes that don't need any work...and you can't get much more up to date than 'new'. For a very similar price, you could own Orchid CT, which is on Direct Gulf of Mexico water access and has Western Exposure for the best Sunshine. It is also within walking distance to the South End restaurants, which is highly desirable for those who enjoy walking and biking. Did I mention it is also close to the beach? The Swan home is, as well. If you want to get into a HUGE water view and Direct Gulf Access, and a large lot, the Caxambas home is a good option. The water depth is not for boats with any sort of draft, though. It is shallow in this particular area.

There were a total of 15 units that closed this week on the Island. It was a vast array of listings from homes that needed a total remodel to brand new homes that are gorgeous. Things that are priced right are moving. |
