My Biggest News this week is that we are dropping the price on 418 Tarpon CT by $99,000 later today! You are the FIRST to find out. This home is a DIRECT WATER home with 172' of Seawall, views of the Marco River from the back patio with panoramic screen and wet-bar, AND South-Eastern Exposure. My Condo Pick that hit this week is definitely the Tampico Suite 806 in Cape Marco. The Tampico is a low-density building and has all of the amenities you could ask for. This building is also on the main beach, which I like. It is easy to walk to the Sunset Grille or down to the other restaurants in Marco Walk. That is always high on the criteria list when I have someone looking for a beachfront condo. Walk Score. Another unit hit that was in Les Falls, which as a generl building I do like, but for the price of one versus the other, Tampico wins.

For this Week's New Listings, I have to pick the home on Geranium CT. It was built in 2019, so everything is Impact, new, and up to code. The Furniture is Negotiable in the Listing, so what that usually means is that it can stay if the price is right. This Street is a DIRECT Water Street, and this home comes with 80' of waterfront. It does face towards the Easterly Direction, but they did place the pool on the Southern part of the back yard where there is only one story, so it should get more sun than directly behind the second floor side of the house.
