New Condos That Hit the Market This Week

To Beach...or not to Beach, views are the question.  So, on Marco, there are a few options as far as beach views.  We have what we call 'The South End', and what that means is the South end of the island and NOT on the main beaches.  Now, a few of these communities DO have beaches that they have built out, and they are on the pass.  There is a current from the channel...but the views in these condos are really super beautiful because you get to see sandbars come out of the water, sea creatures such as dolphin and manatee swimming by if you are on a higher floor, and boat traffic through the pass.  The views go on and on of the 10,000 Islands.  You can also get to the beach fairly quickly, as well as all of the Marco Walk restaurants that are around the movie theatre.

Then there is the main beach, which is divided into 2 sections.  North of Resident's Beach and South of Resident's Beach.  If you want to get specific, I guess you could have the South of Winterberry, including and North of Cape Marco.  This is when you walk out of your condo and you are on the sand of the walkable, main Marco Beach.  This beach faces West.  If you are considering one of our Beachfront Condos, I would take a closer look at this link.

Another option if you are a BOATER, is a South End waterfront condo, close to the beach, where you can have your boat in the back of, on the canal.  There are those close to the beach, and those more towards Smokehouse Bay or the Marco River that still have great Boat Access and are in neighborhoods mixed more with single-family homes.

Here is the list of all of the condos that have hit the market in the last 7 days.  I like the condo in Caxambas Towers.  It is a 3-Bedroom, 3-Bath, with square footage, views, and location.  The beach is nearby and so are the restaurants.

Single Family Homes that have Hit the Market This Week

Here is the List of Homes that have come to the market in the Past 7 Days. In the home market, I like this house on Caxambas Court.  It has been on the market for a long time, off and on, but the views are spectacular.  It is being sold more at 'lot value' than as something to renovate.  I can explain why if you want to know personally, contact me about it.  The home on Rockhill is the one I would choose if I were going to buy something that is move-in ready.
